You are more than welcome to apply to our volunteer program. All volunteers get free access to the event & plenty of free time to explore. Read more and apply here.

We do not hand out discount codes, but tickets are cheapest early. The ticket page runs a reduction off the full price that shrinks in steps as the event gets closer, so the price goes up the longer you wait. Group tickets lower the price per ticket further: 15% off from 3 tickets and 25% off from 5 tickets in the same order. The ticket page always shows the prices that apply right now.

No, we do not offer student discounts, but a lot of students join as volunteers. As a volunteer you get a free ticket to the event. Read more and apply here.

If you bought it yourself please look for an email titled "Ticket" from "Techarena 2027" or "Confirmation & Receipt" by "Techarena 2027". If none of these emails came to you in your inbox or spam, please email support@techarena.se.If you did not buy it yourself please make sure the person who did actually assigned a ticket to you via "Ticket Management".

No, tickets are strictly personal. Once one person has checked into the event and received their wristband & badge the ticket is redeemed. This means the ticket cannot be split across the two days.

No, we cannot offer purchase against invoice. After buying on the website you get a complete VAT receipt with your company details, which should be enough for your accounting. Klarna is also available at checkout.
