I have entered incorrect information in connection with the purchase, how do I change it?

You can change everything except the email address. If you have not received a confirmation email (remember to check your junk mail as well) you might have entered an incorrect email address. Contact support@techarena.se to resolve the issue - preferably including a receipt.

Where do I find my receipt?

In the confirmation email you will find a button for “receipt”.

How do I reassign a ticket to someone?

If the tickets are tied to an email address you need to contact support@techarena.se to reassign them. It is only possible to transfer once and it needs to be done one week before the event at the latest.

Can two people share a ticket if they attend different days of the event?

No, all tickets are strictly personal and cannot be shared under any circumstances, regardless of ticket type. Each ticket is tied to an individual and grants access to one person only for the duration of the event.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else before the event. Please note that once a ticket has been scanned at the arena, it can no longer be transferred.

How can I claim my badge?

If you want to avoid queues on the event day and enter the arena smoothly you can claim your individual badge and wristband in advance. We will publish the location and opening hours as in January 2026.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. The tickets are all electronic and your individual QR code can be found in your event profile.

Is it possible to get a refund?

We do not offer refunds but are happy to assist you in transferring your ticket to someone else that qualifies for the type of ticket you have purchased.

How do I get to the arena?

You can easily travel from Stockholm Central Station with commute train line #41 towards “Märsta” or “Upplands Väsby”, or line #40 towards “Uppsala C”. You will get off at “Solna”. The train ride is 7 minutes. From the stop there is a 14 minute walk to the arena. To buy tickets for the train you can download the “SL” app or pay on site by tapping your payment card.If you wish to go by car from central Stockholm it takes about 15 minutes to get to the arena.

You can also reach the arena by subway (blue line to Näckrosen or Solna centrum), bus, or tram. For detailed routes, visit sl.se.

Can you help with the visa invitation letter?

We can help with visa applications by providing a visa invitation letter if needed. Contact support@techarena.se. For more info on Visa requirements see below.

EU/EEA and Swiss citizens

  • Keep a valid ID card or passport with you. No visa is required for entry into Sweden.

Non-EU countries

  • For many countries (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Japan) short stays are often possible visa-free (typically up to 90 days within 180 days, depending on nationality and conditions). Other nationalities

  • A Schengen Visa may be required for entry into Sweden. Apply for a Business Schengen Visa if you are attending TECHARENA 2026 for business purposes (when applicable). Migrationsverket

What do I need to prepare?

1) You must have a ticket with your name on it, otherwise you won't get in. 2) Download our app and/or use our platform on a web browser, network, book meetings and join side events. (Note - platform will go live end of January.) 3) Bring your badge. 4) Bring a valid ID. We will check your ID at the entrance and match it with your ticket. 5) Bring positive energy!

Can I bring my bag?

Suitcases and bigger bags such as backpacks are not allowed in the arena, but you can check in bags. We do not take responsibility for the bags.

Is Techarena accessible by wheelchair?

The venue is fully accessible by wheelchair. Entry is free for personal assistants. When arriving at the venue, please visit the ticket helpdesk next to the badge claim point to claim the ticket. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome at Techarena.

Will there be food at the event?

There will be many food courts at the arena, where you can buy your lunch or snacks.

Can I bring my kids to the event?

No. Only adults are allowed to participate in the event.

Is there a working space at the event?

Yes, there are lounges and working spaces.

Is the venue cashless?

Yes. The venue and food courts only accept credit/debit cards. No cash payments are possible.

Is there a cloakroom/wardrobe?

Yes. Winter jackets should be handed over at entry.

How do I book meetings on the matchmaking platform?

The matchmaking will be available on the event platform where you can browse people, connect and request meetings.

You will be able to browse the participants of the event on the platform once it goes live.

How do I register for side events?

You will find all the side events on the event platform when it goes live.

What are the times and locations for the afterwork events that are open to all ticket holders?

There will be networking and after-work events every evening, including a welcome mixer on February 10 and a closing party on February 12. Locations will be announced on the event platform.

Are the mingles open to all ticket types?

The official opening afterwork and parties are open to all ticket holders. Note, however, that some of them have limited capacity. All other mingles, afterworks and parties that are part of the side events, require registration and some are exclusive to specific ticket types such as investors or startups.

What are the hours of the stage programs?

The program runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on both days. Some side events continue until 6:00 PM at the arena.

What are the event hours and key times?

At Strawberry Arena (Feb 11-12):

  • Doors open: 8:15 AM
  • Meetings & Side Events start: 9:00 AM
  • Stage program: Starts slightly later, ends just before 5:00 PM
  • Some Side Events at the arena continue until 6:00 PM

In short: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM at Strawberry Arena both days.

Evening events:

  • Feb 10 – Welcome mixer
  • Feb 12 – Closing party

What should I wear?

Stockholm in February is typically between -6°C and 4°C. Bring warm clothes and winter gear. The arena is heated, so jackets can be left at the cloakroom.

What items are prohibited?

Weapons, drugs, glass bottles, professional filming equipment (without approval), aerosol sprays, portable speakers, and promotional materials (without permission).
