The Tech Arena is bringing together the brightest business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts and decision makers from across the world for a truly inspiring experience. By connecting founders, investors and business leaders we want to spark positive progress in society.

The Tech Arena is held at the national stadium of Sweden, Friends Arena in Stockholm on the 22-23rd of February 2024.

All ticket holders receive an email titled “The Tech Arena 2024 – Welcome to the Event Platform!”. This email includes login credentials and a link to the platform.

If you can not find the email, please check the spam folder.

If you have not received any emails from us, it is possible that you have not yet been assigned a ticket.

Only the person who purchased the tickets can assign them, so please contact the person arranging your visit to the event.

If your name is not on the ticket, please contact the person who provided you the ticket.

Our matchmaking tool is an online tool that enables smooth networking and meeting booking with other attendees during the event. The tool is available online through the app as well as the browser on desktop and mobile. As a user you can filter attendees based on their personal and company profile to ensure quality and relevance.

Access to matchmaking is included in all of our ticket types besides the Attendee Pass.

Log in and register your account to our event platform. Use the email you used when you purchased your ticket. 

 

Side events are industry- and theme specific events that are organized either by The Tech Arena or partners. They are held between the 21st and 23rd of February both during and after event hours.

You can register for side events via the event platform. You will then receive an email confirming whether you have been allocated a spot or not.

Only ticket holders have access to the event platform.

Yes, you may bring a bag for your laptop and such, but please avoid suitcases and similar sized bags if possible.

Tickets

Our ticket type categories are Startup, Investor, Angel Investor, Executive, and Attendee passes In addition to those, journalists can apply for a media pass.

 

Startup pass

The startup pass is tailored towards founders and employees at startups and scaleups.

 

Investor pass

Our Investor Pass is for angel investors and individuals working for entities making direct investments in startups or venture capital funds – VCs, CVCs, LPs, Family Offices, and M&A Investors.

 

Angels Investor pass

This is a pass for investors who don’t want to attend Investor Day but only the main event.  

 

Executive pass

The executive pass is for individuals working for established companies that want a more integrated and productive experience at The Tech Arena.

 

Attendee pass

The Attendee pass is perfect for individuals who want to experience The Tech Arena’s inspiring atmosphere, fueled by panel discussions, keynotes, tech exhibitions, knowledge tracks, and innovative companies and startups.

 

Media pass

Journalists/editorial members of the press can apply for a media pass by emailing press@techarena.se.

 

Communications and PR professionals, bloggers, and non-editorial employees of media companies are kindly advised to get an Attendee or Friday Pass.

All ticket holders receive a confirmation email containing the tickets titled “Your The Tech Arena 2024 Ticket Confirmation. ”

Only the person who purchased the tickets can assign them, so please contact the person arranging your visit to the event. 

If your name is not written on the ticket, please contact the person who provided you the ticket.

You can assign the ticket(s) you’ve bought to other people under “Assign tickets” in your event profile.

If you need to change the name on your own ticket contact support@techarena.se.

No, the tickets are personal and can under no circumstances be shared.


You are able to transfer a ticket to someone else before the event, but once the ticket is scanned at the arena this is no longer an option.

Unfortunately, the tickets are non-refundable but if you’re unable to attend the event you can assign your ticket to another person under “Assign tickets” in your event profile.

No you don’t need to print your ticket. The tickets are all electronic and your individual QR code can be found in your event profile.

Want to avoid queues on event day and enter the arena smoothly? Claim your individual badge and wristband in advance at the following two checkpoints and time slots:

The Box – Badge Claim

Located in front of Mall of Scandinavia.

Located at Friends Arena Entrance A (Main Entrance) and on Wednesday (Investor Day) Entrance B

Email your upgrade request to: event@techarena.se

Make sure to include your email address, current ticket and preferred update ticket.


You will then receive a payment link to proceed with your upgrade. 

To be able to access The Tech Arena on February 22-23, please make sure to keep this in mind:

Bring a valid digital ticket with your name on it. If your name is not on the ticket, you will not be able to access the arena.

 

To avoid the latter, we suggest that you contact the person who bought your ticket as soon as possible and make sure they assign it to you specifically in the event platform.

Bring a valid ID. We will check your ID at the entrance and match it with your ticket.

Claim your individual badge and wristband at the Arena Entrance or The Box.

We do not offer one-day tickets, so if you wish to attend one day of the event you still need to purchase a standard ticket.


The ticket is personal, so you are not able to give it to someone else for the next day. 

No, only the ticket-holder can pick up their ticket.


We check ID at the entrance, as well as the Box Badge Claim.

Investors

Our Investor Pass is for investors and individuals working for entities making direct investments in startups or venture capital funds – VCs, CVCs, LPs, Family Offices, and M&A Investors.

During the event days, there will be a variety of investor-focused networking opportunities and side events. With your Investor Pass, you also have access to Investor Day on February 21st. 

You sign up and find information on all side events in the program in The Tech Arena event platform.

With the help of the matchmaking tool you’ll be able to reach out and book meetings with founders and startups of your interest as well as other investors and executives.

Startups

The startup pass is tailored towards founders and employees at startups and scaleups.

You can find startup-related opportunities on our website under the Startup & Scaleup section. The event platform gives you access to the matchmaking tool and allows you to register for side events of interest.

The matchmaking tool will help you reach out and book meetings with investors or executives of your interest.

Media

You can apply for a media pass by contacting us on press@techarena.se or fill out the media pass form here. 

The best and most efficient way to book interviews at The Tech Arena is through our Matchmaking tool in the event platform. You can search for people, startups, investors, and other attendees and filter them based on your interests. You can book the interviews directly on the platform.

Arrival

We encourage everyone to come to Stockholm the day before on the 21st February to enjoy the amazing city as well as some of the Side Events that will take place the day before.

Stockholms major international airport is Arlanda Airport which has fast connections to the city center. We recommend the following means of transportation:

By bus: Flygbussarna

By bullet train: Arlanda Express 

By taxi: Our mobility partner, Uber, is both available to book and reserve from the airport to where ever you want to go. Find your next ride here.

We can help with visa applications by providing a visa invitation letter. Contact support@techarena.se for this matter. Read more about Sweden’s visa policies on the website of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden.

The Friends Arena venue is close to the city center and easily accessible by both metro, commuter train and taxi.

The venue is fully accessible by wheelchair.

Entry is free for personal assistants. When arriving at the venue, please visit the ticket helpdesk next to the badge claim point to claim the ticket. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome at The Tech Arena.
